Sweet: 5 Minutes + 24 Questions = Help & A Chance To Win

Graphic design by Sean Spear.
Five minutes.  24 questions.

Whether you're affiliated with the Denton, Dallas or Houston campus of Texas Woman's University, that's all it takes to have your say about a vital component of TWU--the TWU Libraries.  Tell us your TWU email address (optional) and you'll also have a chance to win one of three gift baskets from Candy Haven.

HAVE YOUR SAY

Are you happy with the service you receive from the TWU library(ies) you frequent--whether in person, by phone or online?  How about our collections?  Our space?  Do you have an idea or two--or more--about improving your library experience at TWU?  Whatever your opinions or suggestions, we want to hear them all on the 2015 TWU Libraries Survey.

Do we listen to what you have to say?  You bet.  Survey responses in past years led to a simplified TWUniversal Search box; new furniture in the Denton library; a refined advanced search interface in the TWU Libraries catalog; more desktop computers; updated database descriptions; extended library hours during final exams; and much more.

In order for us to listen, however, it is essential that we hear your voice. As we plan for the future of the TWU Libraries, please help us help you.

HELP US HELP YOU
From the libraries homepage--or at www.twu.edu/library/survey--please take 5 minutes to answer 24 simple questions.  This will give us valuable information only you can share about your library experience and changes you would like to see.  And that optional 25th question?  Tell us your TWU email address and you'll be entered in a drawing for one of three Candy Haven gift baskets filled with a variety of sweet treats (your email address will be kept confidential and will not be linked to your survey responses.)  Gift basket winners will be notified shortly after the survey closes on April 26, 2015

Questions?  Contact us at librarysurvey@twu.edu.

5 minutes + 24 questions = having a say; helping the TWU Libraries plan for the future; and a chance to win candy.

How sweet is that?
