As The Fall Semester Begins, Remember This

Life starts all over again when it gets crisp in the fall, said Jordan in F. Scott Fitzgerald's The Great Gatsby.  While August weather in Texas is anything but crisp, the dedicated staff members of the TWU Libraries in Denton, Dallas, and Houston are busy preparing for the start of the Fall 2015 semester and a new academic year at TWU.

As a new or returning student or faculty member, you will have questions, now and as the year progresses.  Who can help me (or my students) with research?  How do I put materials on reserve?  How do I find the journal article I'm looking for?  There are so many databases available--which is the best for my purposes?

The one thing to remember?  If it's information- or research-related, the information professionals of the TWU Libraries can help.  Simply contact us how you prefer to get started (see the options here).

As a reminder, the TWU Libraries in Denton, Dallas, and Houston will be closed on Saturday, August 22nd.  The (Denton) Blagg-Huey Library will be open on Sunday, August 23rd from 2 p.m. to midnight.  Fall hours for all TWU Libraries begin on Monday, August 24th.  For your convenience, the (Denton) Blagg-Huey Library hours are listed here; the Dallas Center Library hours here; and the Houston ARC hours here

From the staff of the TWU Libraries, our best for a successful and rewarding 2015-16.  Please let us know how we can help.
