In honor of National Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15-October 15, 2015) the TWU LibrariesWoman's Collection has curated two current displays honoring important contributions made by Hispanic- and Latino-Americans.

The first, in the first-floor lobby of the Blagg-Huey Library in Denton, features a selection of works about Hispanic culture and photographs of prominent Hispanic-Americans such as Cecilia Abbott, the first Hispanic First Lady of Texas.  On the library's second level a second display features works by Latina authors Isabel Allende, Laura Esquivel, Marjorie Agosin and others.
