In conjunction with Constitution Day on Thursday, September 17, 2015, the TWU Department of History and Government will present Gay Rights and the Constitution, a panel discussion featuring the department's Dr. Jacob Blosser, Dr. Parker Hevron, and Professor Jeff Robb. The event will include a review of several key U.S. Supreme Court decisions, including this past summer's Obergefell v. Hodges on the constitutionality of same-sex marriage.
