For some tips on coping with the time change, see Smoothing the Transition to Daylight Saving Time from the U.S. National Library of Medicine. More good news? March 14-20, 2016 is Spring Break at TWU (there are no classes but the university and the TWU Libraries will be open). The bottom line? You may lose an hour of sleep because of DST, but the time change means Spring Break will start one hour sooner.
