4 Language-Learning Programs to Sample

Would you or your students benefit from access to Spanish-, German-, or Shakespeare-language learning modules? Would your (or your students') professional development be strengthened by learning--or brushing up on--American Sign Language, Mandarin, or Italian? These and dozens of other languages--plus ESL courses for native speakers of a variety of languages--are featured in a group of language-learning software packages available for a limited time with your Pioneer Portal username and password.

You may have heard of Mango Languages, Pronunciator, Rosetta Stone, and Transparent Language. Now you can try one or all of these products, courtesy of the TWU Libraries, and we hope you will let us know what you think on our Database Trial Form. Considering feedback from users like you is part of the libraries' decision-making process for making database purchases, and we want to hear it all--y0ur take on user interfaces, response times, and language menus; how you think these products compare to each other; and anything else you think we should know. But please hurry--these database trials end soon

Questions? Need assistance? Please let us know.

Takk skal du ha (thank you in Norwegian).
