Where Can Language Training Take You?

Learning another language can support coursework and research; it can also improve your job prospects and help smooth the way as you travel the globe. Being bilingual can also lead to improved cognitive processing and a dementia-free old age

To give you an idea where foreign language training might take you, the TWU Libraries are offering all TWU students and faculty and staff members free access to two well-known language learning programs--Mango Languages and Rosetta Stone--until June 30, 2016.

With your Pioneer Portal login credentials, access  Mango Languages and Rosetta Stone from our Databases A-Z List (under New/Trial Databases; look for the orange Trial icons). Please be aware that Rosetta Stone is accessible from on campus only, and that you'll be prompted to create a username and password to access the first level of its courses (this trial opportunity does not include higher levels of Rosetta Stone courses).

Your feedback is important to us. After you've sampled one or both of these programs, please share your thoughts on our Database Trial form

Questions? Please contact us.
